Join our thoughtfully designed cooking class and learn to prepare a refined 3-course French dinner that tastes like it came from a professional restaurant. Perfect for home cooks eager to impress!

Starting from scratch, you’ll create a delicious starter, a beautifully cooked main dish, and a classic dessert — all while learning essential techniques which are practical and easy to incorporate into your everyday cooking.

After the cooking is done, you’ll gather around the table with your fellow students and your chef instructor to enjoy a relaxed lunch together. 🥂

About the instructor

A well established IT veteran (having worked at Microsoft & lived in Canada, USA, Paris & Singapore) who switched to the F&B world due to strong passion in cooking since young. Andrew has studied culinary at Le Cordon Bleu Paris and worked at many French bistro restaurants in HK to hone his skills.

He believes in the more casual yet culinarily sophisticated French bistro-style dining to bring people together over great food & wines. As an amateur turned professional chef, he is particularly good at showing home cooks how to create restaurant-quality dishes using their home kitchen setup.
