曾經在微軟等大公司打拼,我一直熱愛烹飪,心中總幻想著有一天能成為一名廚師。在我的休假期間,我飛往巴黎的藍帶廚藝學院學習法國料理。回到香港後,每當有空,我就會去餐廳實習,並不斷為家人和朋友們煮大餐。
幾年前,我告別了IT圈,全職地跳進了餐飲界,從基層開始學習餐廳運營的各個方面。我有幸與許多很有才華的廚師共事,從他們身上獲得了寶貴的知識和經驗。
就在2024年初,我鼓起勇氣開設了這個私人烹飪工作室Gratiné,專注於小酒館風格的法國美食。我相信這種更隨意卻又烹飪上精緻的菜式,為朋友和家人聚在一起,舉杯共飲,享受彼此的陪伴,打造了完美的氛圍。
人生短暫,希望我們都能活得精彩,減少遺憾。我也期待有一天能為你烹飪,分享彼此的故事! 😉🍷
